Reservation Department News
You may call the reservation department at 1-800-982-9386x 7066 for any inquires about availability, booking a week, banking a week, booking bonus time, renting out a week, and/or any general questions about reservations. The Reservation Deparment is open Monday - Thursday from 9am to 9pm, and Friday - Sunday from 9am to 5pm.
You may also submit an email request to ksnyder@grandseas.com regarding any questions about reservations.
Bonus Time
Bonus Time can only be booked 14 days prior to check in and is based upon availability. A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold the room. If you do not cancel your reservation within 24 hours of check in, your credit card will be charged the 1 night deposit. Bonus Time is not valid during special events. Rates for Bonus Time are as follows:
Studio-79.50 plus tax per night
1-Bedroom-94.50 plus tax per night
2-Bedroom-109.50 plus tax per night.
Upgrades
You may request to upgrade your unit 14 days prior to check in and is based upon availability. The rate to upgrade is 100.00 plus tax for the week for each step up.
The deadline to bank your week with Interval International is October 1st every year.
The deadline to have the rental agreement in to rent out your week must be in by June 1st every year.

*During some years the weeks may move up or back a week, please make sure to check with reservations before planning your vacation.
If you would like to stay on the South side for your week, you are required to check in on Saturday. If you would like to stay on the North side for your week, you are required to check in on Sunday.
Check in is anytime after 4pm and check out is at 11am.
The resort charges a daily surcharge of 3.00 a day plus tax. This includes free activities, internet service, and local phone calls.
